Bud M. Davis focuses his practice on business litigation, professional malpractice, and employment matters. He represents a broad array of clients in contract, fee, and intellectual property disputes.
Mr. Davis received his Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. While attending, he served as Senior Articles Editor for the Federal Circuit Bar Journal and as Co-Vice Chair for the Van Vleck Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition, in which he previously competed and won best brief. Additionally, he volunteered as a federal income tax tutor, law fellow with the Human Rights Campaign, and judicial extern with D.C. Superior Court. Mr. Davis received his B.A. in Communication from Pepperdine University and Certificate in Conflict Management from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine School of Law.
In his free time, he enjoys running, going to the beach, and painting.
